Welcome!

Hi everyone!

My name is Romina and I’m a huge tennis fan! =)

I’m going to try and make this first entry more about me because then I will be all-about-tennis.

I’m studying Geography and Environment (my other passion). I love everything that has do with nature =) For that matter, I also adore traveling! One day I will follow the WTA and ATP tour throughout the world. A tennis world tour! Yes, I know, it sounds extreme, but I’m allowed to dream.

I’m also an avid sports girl. Right now I practice athletics (my speciality is javelin) and some tennis. Throughout my school years I’ve been in the basketball, football and athletics team. And tennis, well tennis, I’ve played since I was little but now I do it as a hobby mainly because time is a limited resource.

If I were to change one single thing of my life, it would probably be this: I would have lived on the tennis court, that way I could have had the slight chance to become a pro =) So yeah, I’m a total wannabe and that explains my obsession with all things related with tennis.

The reason why I’m doing this blog is because somehow I need to get out all the tennis stuff I’ve got in my head. I know that most of the people I talk too about tennis know nothing or barely enough to sustain a conversation about matches, so I don't expect them to be interested in the players lifes nor what’s going on in the tennis world. But they listen to me anyway. They are really good friends and I appreciate it! So I am doing this for them, I’m relieving them from listening to my 24/7 comments about tennis =)

The best thing is that by writing this blog I will enjoy getting to know more people like me, who can't get enough from tennis. We always want more! I will enjoy reading your comments =)
As my slogan says: “see it, feel it, live it.” Cheers for tennis, because it brings us together!

So welcome again to Game, set, match!
See you soon,

Romina

PS1: Everything that I write is from a tennis fan point of view, so don't expect high quality match analysis or the kind of things tennis experts write. I have tons to learn =)

PS2: I’m from Peru, so my first language is spanish so if anyone wants to comment in spanish you are more than welcome =)
