Caro defeated Sara Errani in the second round of Beijing 6-4 6-2.

She is now ONLY ONE WIN away of becoming our world number one!!! She will face Petra Kvitova in the third round. She needs to win in order to reach the number one spot. Please god let it be!!!

When Fernando first appeared on screen this is what the commentators said:

Commie 1: Look, Fernando Verdasco is there... Oh right, they are both in the                    adidas program. Or maybe he enjoys watching women’s tennis...

Commie 2: Let's leave it at that.

It's great Fernando is cheering for Caro in Beijing, but "lets leave it at that" as the commentator said lol.  Just cheering.

The best thing about being in your top form is that you can come out from matches like this and not necessarily playing at your best. Caro wasn't at her best today but still won the match. Determination. =)

Something the commentator said that I liked very much was that he pointed out that the ballgirl that gave Caro the towel used both of her hands. In chinese culture that gesture of using both hands and not simply one shows extra respect for the person they are giving something to, in this case; Caroline.
